Have you made yourself familiar with Brazilian regulations? This might be of interest not only for a future carreer but also for some written tests you might need.
According to RBHA 61 in order to be elligible for a CPL license you will need at least 150 hours TT, from those, at least 70 must be as PIC. For the IR rating, they will ask you 50 hours as cross-country PIC at least (so try to make at least 50 from the 70 as cross-country flights - my suggestion: make all of them). Please note that at least one of the fligths must have more than 300Nm total. Then, for the IR they will ask 40 hours IR training, but 20 can be flown on a training device.
