But what I can read out of your post it seems like a better idea to rent a cheap place for the first year until you have a feeling about the tax and living expenses.

....He is trying to show you... how bad this cadet T&C is..as it will break you not make you...but as always you guys read it, as you want to see it...good luck man....hate to say it but you guys really deserve what awaits you....
