Hi,
FSX can be run on a MBP using 'BootCamp'.
Steps required are:

Set up BootCamp using the instructions provided by Apple .(this basically creates a second partition on your drive)
Install WindowsXP on this new partition
Install FSX.

If you hold down the option key at startup you can choose to boot into MacOS or Windows.
