When individual passengers arrive at the taxi rank at LPL, they are aggressively discouraged from sharing cabs by a 'queue supervisor/bouncer/doorman' who is fairly obviously involved in creating as much business for the taxis as possible.
Sharing cabs is not illegal, but he states that it is 'not allowed'
This is surely an illegal practice.
