They'd successfully shoot themselves in the foot if they did. Paris to any Irish route - AF/KL will shoot them down a peg or two.
1) They'll struggle to get respective slots
2) AF/KL will shoot them down a peg or two and push on Cityjet frequencies and introductions to do so.
I doubt it'll happen and if it'll do, it'll be corporate suicide.
