Do you speak fluent Dutch or French otherwise there are no possibilities to work in Belgium (apart from 1 off-shore operator) Obviously you need to have the right to live and work in Belgium.
I would recommend getting a FAA ATPL first, then you can 'just' take the theoretical knowledge exams without the mandatory groundschool.
After taking and passing the exams, you'll go to a FTO and the Head of Training will determine how much training you will need.
