Flew AMS-ORK last thursday night on the retro A320. Plane looked spanking at the gate in AMS along side the DUB bound A320. Lovely flight landed on time in awful visability, landed from the north, could'nt see the terminal from the landing point. We then pulled into gate 5 with the airbridge, and had to walk around it to access the terminal. It was like a ghost looking down on us. I'v been to mickey mouse airports all round the world that have airbridges, this is really gone beyond a joke. When the DAA were purchasing the twenty odd airbridges, why did'nt they get three more and installed them in ORK. Are all the airbridge's being used in SNN, could some of them not be dismantled and brought to Cork?
