The skill required is in passenger management

Who you know is 100% important, trust me I know no one.......

The skill set, having jumped the who you know barrier, is not can they fly. After 10k hrs it is assumed you can fly.
Will they fit in: YES.
But the ability to manage the entire operational package, carry the bags, stay on the phone all night replanning. Booking hotels, replanning, while at 49,000 ft.
Plan the crew roster, schedule maintenance, and keep youe nose clean, and brown...all at the same time.

The only work I have ever had from TAG UK, was when they were very desperate, and they phoned me....but only after many many preliminary visits to HO when day stop FAB.

Corporate crew networking is second to none, sitting in the FBO killing several hours, does keep your selling skills up to scratch.

Great job would never do anything else.

Glf.

ps Do I know you....LOL
