The operational experience in our company with the Hawker 4000 is: Per two flights one week of maintenance, and apparently the Honeywell EPIC avionics is so good that the crew is willing to trade it in for our 25-year-old Collins Pro Line 4.
I would go for the Challenger 300, or any Falcon if you can afford it.
