The state of my pink head today reminds me that 7 hours manning a display table in the sun, an excellent atmosphere and an interesting selection of flight demonstrations was an excellent 'end-of-season' event!
The WLAC bar was doing brisk business too!
The RV formation was nicely flown, as was the WLAC PA28 formation. But one of the best had to be the 9-10 Tiger Moths trundling sedately past in formation!
The WLAC Members' Day seems to be a 'village fête with aeroplanes, vintage and classic cars' rather than an air show. Which is exactly as it should be - it is NOT a flying display open to the public!
