We do need the crew, but sadly the management continue to bury their head in the sand and pretend all is well.
It's funny you say that because I got my PFO 1st thing in the morning today, less than 24 hrs after I banged my CV in. They said they are not recruiting at the moment but few mates of mine had/have interview ongoing these days and one just got hired. Someone is listening to the wrong frequency here..
