I'll tell you what I can, but it's a little difficult as each aircraft payscale differs based upon what has been negotiated with the owners, that is if it is a managed aircraft. If its a TAG charter aircraft then its generally a set salary.

For UK based aircraft a rule of thumb for salaries would be FO between 50k - 60k and captain 85k - 90k.

There is no TAG zurich as such, an aircraft may be based there but the TAG bases are Geneva, Madrid and Farnborough. TAG is a good place to be, everyone has their own issues wherever they work, but in general things are very stable and management are OK.

Recruitment is generally down to the CAM (lead pilot) on each aircraft, although there is a pool held by TAG UK. It is of course easier if you are known to anyone in the operation you are applying for.

The sim ride is straight forward, no tricks, just a typical line flight, with a few CRM issues thrown in.

T&C's wise, again this differs on managed as opposed charter aircraft, as do rosters etc.

Hope this helps.

PM me if you need any further detail.
