It would seem that a 'twin, something like a Duchess' has a spare power unit...
Not only that, but if it really turned pear shaped, with Knightsbridge there's always Hyde Park. Sure the landing probably wouldn't be pretty but at least you'd be clear of a built up area !
More seriously though, as others have pointed out, the clue is in the word twin.
