If I ran a PLC and good people were leaving, I would do what was necessary to get them to stay? Would not you..?
EK, VS and BA have hoovered up good peeps and in your own words, "a polished product".
No letters of thanks, no letters or calls to ask 'why not stay, we can offer you this'..?
It would have taken a part-time contract and a salary increase in line with the ex-BA skippers to have made me stay.
(With a 5-4-5-3 roster for 30 years+, who do EZY think they will retain for a career?)
