Something to add on, I'm Singaporean, just that I was living in HKG when my parents were still around. This is the reason for GCSE. Yes, I had done my 2 years of National Service.
I wanted to apply for air force then, but due to some "myth" on the low pay+long bound. Back in 2000, internet don't have so much information, I give air force pilot a pass as I still have to support my siblings.
First of all, how to apply to take all 14papers, I'm not holding SPL nor with any flying club(giving the sky high fee) yet? I am more than willing to take those papers and these papers are needed in aviation.
Additionally, is this 2 needed if I had passed the exam to operate HAM radio?
