Just say a fare for ORK - XXX is €36.20, then Wizz add €10 "Goverment Tax" and (Cork) Facility Chrage €5.96. Total tax is €15.96 when Wizz should only be charging €8.96 in tax.

They are under no obligation to lower fares but they can't over charge on taxes and then miss lead the passenger by claiming the whole €10 is going to the Goverment.
Agreed that they should show the correct amount of government tax... but plenty of airlines show the full tariff for "taxes and charges" when in fact they only pay part of it. For example, a flight from XXX to DUB: let's say XXX's normal charge per passenger is €10, but XXX airport says to the airlne "as an incentive to get you to start a service, we'll only charge you €5 per passenger." Does the airline show €5 on the ticket price? Of course not. They show €10, and they end up paying €5 to the airport and pocketing €5. Same sort of deception, just that in this case Wizz seem to be have been crass enough to try to do this with a very public tax.
