Air Profit, had you said, "a form of
Pablum for pilots", arguably you could have been correct because you would have been using the brand name, Pablum. As I'm sure you already know, Pablum is a processed cereal for infants and its trademarked name is based on the contraction of the Latin word
pabulum. So don't beat yourself up!
However, you do need a grammar check because it should be "Laughable in
its simplicity.."
