Vulgar pay question
According to FPP FAQ the starting pay is around 30-32k (when allowances are included). Does anyone know what the pay after say 5 years is likely to be?
Based on previous cadet programs BA has run, would you expect the pay to coincide with direct entry pilots after 7 years when the bond has been repaid, or will FPP entry pilots always lag behind?
