sims are only sims
Westhawk: Please note that most sims are only programmed for the data point experienced by the flight test department, combined by the remained of the general test data.
As the situation that you mention has probably not been flight tested, the data points are only guestimates.
I have played with Gulfstream sims, and conducted several out of the box procedures. (experiments).
