Aspiring applicants,
I refer you to my previous posts regarding the requirements and how you choose to present yourselves when posting.
If you do not have the stated requirements, you will not pass the first post.
If you show a lack of ability to communicate accurately in the written word, you will also probably exclude yourself.
I'm not sure of the value in gaining a Diploma in Education when you fail to spell the word 'Education' correctly. No one will want to fly with a co-pilot/captain who cannot take the time to re-read their post before hitting the 'submit' button. Such a lazy approach does not reflect the attitude required to fly or command a commercial, or any kind of aircraft. If not already teaching, I suggest that you 'sharpen up your act' before applying for any teaching post.
