Could some one please offer some advice?
I have three DC 13.4 headsets, two are several years old and one I purchases last week. The two older ones work without a problem. When I use the new headset by itself that works fine, but when I plug one of the older 13.4’s into the intercom with my new one the microphone on the new headset hardly works.
I can hear the person with the older 13.4 and also anyone on the radio, but they cannot hear me.
I can’t believe that it’s a compatibility problem as they are all the same model.
