So as I understand it , if you pass the tests at you're selected FTO you will then be invited to the 1 day assessment with BA, where interviews, team tasks etc... will be held.
Does this mean that the usual interviews, team tasks and the sim test that are part of the standard application (at Oxford for example) will be cut out ? Are we just going to sit the tests and that's it?
