With courses starting in December you would need the final round selection in November, so this scheme will have to kick off soon to get applicants through the first few phases by then!
Courses aren't starting until next year, with the first graduates coming through in the autumn of 2013.

5. How long will the selection process take?
The selection process is formed of several stages. Initially all candidates must apply through the British Airways online application system. Applications will then be screened and successful candidates will be invited to attend a selection centre organised by their selected FTO. These selection centres are expected to take place around October/November of 2011 and full details about the location and content of these selection centres will be communicated to invited candidates.
Candidates that are successful through the FTO selection process will be invited to attend the British Airways recruitment centre near London Heathrow Airport for a further one-day selection centre. These are expected to take place around November/December of 2011.
We hope to be able to communicate the outcome of these final selection centres in December 2011. There will be a number of courses for those who are successful through the selection process, with the first course starting in early 2012.
