You must surely work for bell to say something like that.
I used to do lifting at hot anf high and let me tell you the the L4 is not even close of a B2 for this type of operation.
The loss of tail control of the L4 in high altitude still make this machine a no go operation in high altitude.
Secondly , you can not compare the ability of the turbomeca engine at high alt with the "cooking" alison of the L4.
Believe me , when you operate at 10000' you do not f......k around with your tail!!!!!!!!!!!
