I have searched the webpage of Turkish CAA
www.shgm.gov.tr to find the legal definition on Homebase according to Turkish CAA.
Looks like an airline in Istanbul claims that you can have a city as homebase and thereby start your Duty Time on different airports in the city every other day disregarding transporttime. To me this seems illegal but I can not find the documentation that Homebase is ONE Airport and only one and never a city
What is the legal definition on Homebase according to Turkish CAA ?
