Remember that a 1900 rating is the same as for the King Air 350.... So perhaps you ought to look at a 300 Series provider.
Not usre but I think there is a TRTO in France that can do that.
Of course if I had the name that would be helpful but I am afraid I have forgotten. Something like Aerope or Aero Europe I think
