I get what you are saying but should we just ignore the fact a relatively lessser experienced second officer (in 90% of the cases) for V Aus is trying to jump the cue over far more experience regional guys that have gone through the recruitment process a long time before the SO would evan be on the
VB (now Virgin Aus) recruitment radar.
