Yes, applicants who have already attended their AD's are asked not to post details for very obvious reasons.
There were no suprises on my AD.
The themes of all the questions and group exercises were very much as expected. There were no trick questions and the interviewers were all very nice and friendly.
Think of the assessment as an exam or test. So if you know all the questions in detail in advance and can work out the exact answers in advance the whole day becomes just a memory test for very good actors.
If you have a good background in delivering high standards of customer service what ever the industry, have a wealth of lifeskills, and are naturally enthusiastic, then you should fly through (pardon the pun)....good luck!
