Cadet Salary
Here is the info. I have a friend working for Flybe and he is a cadet. You will get 19K plus flight pay. The company will reduce your salary by £330 a month for 5 years which is about 20K (60x330 = £19800).
Therefore your take home + duty pay should be around £1100/month on the Dash 8. If you are lucky and end up eventually on a jet, you will get about £1600 a month. Although it is quiet unlikely with the current strategy of the company of getting more turboprops and get rid of jets...
