Stick at it and as for catfoodtastesbad comment regarding more relevant education and more maturity than a cabin crew member or baggage handler. Well there's a CRM exercise if I've ever seen one!

It took me 3 attempts to get into BA and although I'm still awaiting a course date it is possible regardless of background and education. As stated the bar is set high to minimize the applications but is no way a reflection of a guarantee to pass the theoretical or practical parts of the course. It just lessens the risk as you are deemed to have the ability to process large quantities information quicker and easier.

For the record I was cabin crew for just over 3yrs, have no degree, but have 3 active job offers and just turned down command to move to BA. Anything is possible! Sometimes we take different routes to get there but along that route we gain a different type of education and maturity worth equal to, if not more than 4 years at uni!
