I am only making a presumption but I would think BA will only be looking for low hour/experience candidates because they will want to mould them into BA F/O's. Whether or not they will consider people who have trained with one of their three chosen FTO's but are jobless is another question but I doubt it.
As for what they consider "little experience" that's a good question, I would like to know what they think of people who hold a PPL or have done the majority of the training for their PPL. I understand they will probably want to retrain everyone with any experience to get rid of their bad habits.
