DALR = 3C/1000ft
SALR = 1.5C/1000ft

Ground temp is 29 degrees, using DALR (3C/1000ft)
Cloud base @ 2000ft temp is 23 degrees
then you use SALR (1.5C/1000ft)
therefore temperature @ 4000ft is 20C
