I find the £200 fee for selection very off putting. Factoring in travel/food/accom. that would need to be done it would cost me closer to £350/400.
B.A. say that financial backround is not an issue. I'm afraid unless £400 is something that comes easy to you financial backround will be a factor. That's too much for me unfortunately. If it were £50 possibly but it strikes me as being very Ryanairish...
Aer Lingus, I think, got it right on the button as regards selection so far... They have emailed testing, followed by further assessments inhouse.
