The reference letters are collected during your HR assesment with your flight training report and all the other documents required . They only ask for letters for employers or head of training and a good friend of you telling that you are a good boy
or confirming that you were performing a good job while employed ! I know it's a mess to get all these documents on time but you really have to get them before going to the assesment .
