I heard that if you send a letter to Akbar Al-Baker directly with the amount you want plus all extra perks and bonuses you require he usually calls you back the same day to apologize for not paying you enough and then certifies the amounts to be credited to you each month and then gets HR on it straight away. I also heard that salaries from the last 6 months get retroactively increased to new amount and the balance should be deposited in your account within 1 week of the email to CEO.
