9 crewmembers on a domestic cargo flight?
If anyone experienced and intimately familiar with such operations in Russia would care to comment, I'd be interested in knowing about the crew composition.
Do they load and unload the airplane themselves?
Flying in Siberia seems like an exciting adventure, but perhaps too much so when something like this happens.
