Hi all.
I have an assessment day 8-2pm on Thursday 18th August. Does anyone else out there have the same assessment day as me?
I'm trying to get prepared, I'll be thinking about my own examples of customer service experiences, team working, being thrown in at the deep end at work, confrontational situations etc.... but I need to learn a lot more about the company still and I'm finding it hard to find the time as I work a full-time job and also a part-time job at weekends (which I took on solely to have more customer service experience).
If there's anyone out there who has recently had the assessment day for BA and could provide any guidance for me, or someone who could give me a few pointers about recent BA events, I would very much appreciate it.
At present I am only really aware about the situation with the strikes last year and I'm not fully clear on how it came about - staff at LHR being paid different to LGW? I think I am starting to panic that everything's jumbled up in my head.
Are there any BA know-it-alls out there who can help?
