I agree with you that they act in not the correct way to the Swiss young pilots that have the dream to become pilots and can't because they are not germans. Anything against Germans, but just to be fair should be open for all the languages speak in Switzerland!
Anyway FlyBaboo was bought by Darwin, I know that Darwin is looking some pilots for SAAB2000 and Dash Q400 and they don't request any German ... or French or Italian, just English.
