Be careful of grabbing the first job on offer without doing your research on the company as moving may be very difficult if you find you don't like where you are based or have no chance of fleet progression. That small airline you joined just to get your foot in the door have a pretty strong hold on your ATPL and may make things difficult and expensive when you want to move on.
That said, China Southern would be well up on my list and worth long term consideration.
