320 MOVING FLAPS on GROUND
Hi guys,

For reason of moving flaps slats on ground, is it enough to energize YELOW HYD ELEC PUMP ONLY while ENGS OFF to do that,
Or we have to engergize the BLUE PUMP OVRD too?
