Non-recognised Degree = the take your second highest qualifications.
A Levels - $500
Diploma (Local Poly) - $900
Recognised Degree (can be PhD also same) - $1200
All subject to CPF.
Once you finish your CPL it goes up to $1900
I believe when you finish your fleet conversion and are online as a second officer, it's $2500 + allowances.
