The Fleet Technical Manager for the aircraft fleet has the authority to inquire into all technical aspects of flight operations. He is responsible for co-ordination and communication between the Flight Crew and the Maintenance regarding all technical matters and has to assure a competent dialogue in all technical matters with the maintenance . The Fleet Technical Manager reports to the Fleet Captain
