Cabin Crew get maternity leave. Which basically means unpaid leave until the baby is about 4 weeks old where they are expected to return on full flying duty.
Pretty much the same everywhere nowadays! Some of them provide the basic for the first 1 month, and half for the remaining other month. Unless of course there are complication ... but you'll never loose your job!
