US Nonrev Regulations

I'm just in a curious mood today. Could anyone fill me in on US Airways' nonrev policies? Specifically, for Shuttle America employees and fam. Mom got an interview, so she's thrilled, as am I. Any and all info is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
