...rather odd that the Canadian Air Forces delayed public release of this brief safety report for almost 6 months after its issuance by the formal mishap investigation board (??)
Guess it will also be a long wait for the Final Report (FSIR) ?
The report is dated Feb. 7, 2011, but was posted to the air force's website Thursday
