End of an era.
I just had a very pleasant night out with Tony Matthews and some of his Southern Australia crew in Devonport.
This was a farewell to the Southern operation and an intro to the new Eastern and Sunstate Qantaslink ops people.
It is testimony to the Southern op that Tony and Joyce from sales elected to attend, and all were pleased they did.
We all tried down here to keep them as hard as we could but to no avail. Southern slips into folklore alongside TAA Eastwest Kendell and Ansett.
