So everybody will resign,and re-apply for this commuting contract!

Well if commuting contract is possible for contracts pilots..it should be possible for all 320 pilots.!!
And the Shortness of crew as well as the resignation rate will be quicly resolved,believe me!(even if it goes with a cut in the salary).
