From what ive heard only Tam requests that, maybe Gol too, but i dont believe so
Avianca does not require that because as i said, half of my experience where logged outside Brasil and they didnt complaim about it. But if these hours are not validated you may have problems in the future to use these hours to reach the minimums to get your ATPL.
