and of course the oxy mask is around there too... which might not have helped..
Yes the hole looks right where the oxygen station is. This was a VERY lucky accident. If the plane had have just got airborne we could well be looking at the first 777 fatality. I hope the FAA/NTBS/Boeing are on to this like bees on a honey pot
