No ILS - automatic go-around not armed - ineffective button pressing not recorded anywhere. Tu-154 was developed in 1960s, automatics based on relays instead of digital computers. The only difference between data in (digital) QAR and (magnetic tape) FDR is that the QAR records also engines vibration (additional sensor). Just the same data bus goes to both recorders.
